This page contains the General Terms and Conditions of Sale for the items offered on the www.autentiqua.com web site. All items are sold directly and exclusively by AUTENTIQUA di Leonardo Cappellini (henceforth AUTENTIQUA)

The Conditions of Sale are periodically updated and modified by AUTENTIQUA, based on the development of its business, on market changes, and to comply with any changes in Law. Updates and changes will be published regularly on the web site and will have immediate validity.

METHOD OF SALE

To complete the purchase of one or more items available on the web site www.autentiqua.com, you need to add your desired product(s) to the cart, and proceed with the checkout using one of the available payment methods.

The order form contains a summary of our conditions of purchase, including the price and payment method, as well as the main features of the product ordered.

By submitting the order form, you declare that you know and unconditionally accept the General Terms and Conditions of Sale listed here, and you also confirm that you know the additional information contained on the www.autentiqua.com web site, including any external references via web links.

PRICES AND PAYMENTS

All prices include Italian taxes, packaging and shipping for the following countries:

Italy, Europe, United Kingdom, United States of America, Canada.

Any customs taxes and import duties required by the destination country are not included.

The different payment methods available are detailed in the order form.

All the necessary financial information entered for the transaction will be transmitted via encrypted protocol, and no third parties can access to it. This information will be used by AUTENTIQUA exclusively to fulfill your purchase, or to issue any refunds in your favor, should you avail yourself of your right of withdrawal.

The prices advertised on the website www.autentiqua.com are subject to updates and may vary over time; AUTENTIQUA reserves the right to apply any changes without prior notice.

Moreover, AUTENTIQUA reserves the right to cancel the sale if a price was published by mistake or incorrectly.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

“We make every effort to manage your shipment properly and quickly!”

AUTENTIQUA avails itself of the best national and international couriers, to deliver the product(s) you ordered to the address you indicated in the order form. The courier takes on full responsibility for delivering of the goods, from the moment they collect them in our workshop, until they are delivered to your stated address.

The following data are essential for successful shipping: full name and permanent address; addressee name and delivery address, telephone number, e-mail address; billing data, including tax identification code.

Delivery times depend on third party services, beyond our control; therefore, they may vary due to unforeseen events and force majeure.

For international shipments, delivery times may vary, and customs procedures may delay delivery.

WARNING: Italian Law requires special paperwork to export works of art. Before shipping, we must wait for the necessary documents from the Export Office for Works of Art and Antiquities in Florence.

ORDER STATUS AND SHIPMENT TRACKING

The customer will be promptly updated on the status of the order and the shipment progress by e-mail.

Once the shipment has been entrusted to the courier, we will provide the tracking number to monitor the shipment directly on the courier’s website.

RETURN POLICY

If you think the items you received are damaged or defective, we ask you to promptly inform us by e-mail to: info@autentiqua.com, so that we can immediately manage the problem and work out a mutually satisfactory solution.

Damaged or defective items may be returned by the Buyer to AUTENTIQUA in their original packaging within 10 (TEN) days of delivery. The packing and shipping costs for returning the goods are at the Buyer’s expense, and the goods will be replaced or refunded. Should you decide to exercise your right of withdrawal, AUTENTIQUA has the right not to accept the return of any goods that have been damaged or otherwise altered in their essential and qualitative characteristics.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: if the package you receive from the courier is clearly damaged, broken, or stained, please return the damaged package to the sender, and sign the courier’s receipt form with the words “ACCEPTED UNDER RESERVE”. AUTENTIQUA will arrange for the return of the damaged package and its replacement; any shipping costs for returning the damaged package to the sender and for shipping out the replacement will be paid by AUTENTIQUA.

PLEASE NOTE: Clear photographic documentation is required to successfully file a complaint with the Courier.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Our Customer Service is always at your disposal to try and solve all your needs, so please always get directly in touch with AUTENTIQUA by e-mailing: info@autentiqua.com.

Pursuant to the Italian Legislative Decree 206/05 (Consumer’s Rights), you have the right to withdraw from the purchase without any penalty, within 10 (TEN) working days of receipt of the goods and upon written communication sent by e-mail to: info@autentiqua.com.

In this message, you must clearly identify the items for which you intend to exercise your right of withdrawal, including the number and date of the order, the invoice number and your bank details, with Bank code. Once your communication is sent, please wait for a reply from our Customer Service. After receiving our authorization, you can return the goods by delivering them to the courier with the agreed terms and methods and as long as they are intact, within ten working days from the date when you received them.

In addition to the procedures described above, the right of withdrawal is correctly exercised if the following conditions are fully respected:

•  the item or items you purchased must necessarily be intact;

•  the costs of packing and shipping returning the goods will be at your expense;

•  the costs in case of loss or damage of the goods, during the return process, will also be at your expense;

•  the goods returned to our workshop will be examined to assess any damage;

•  the integrity of the returned items is an essential condition for exercising the right of withdrawal.

We therefore recommend that you put the utmost care in preparing the return package.

The right of withdrawal is limited to natural persons only. The right of withdrawal does not cover purchases made by resellers, or by any subjects who purchase for resale.

The return form must necessarily be completed and sent to AUTENTIQUA, at the e-mail address: info@autentiqua.com, within ten working days of receipt of the goods.

If the checks are successfully concluded, AUTENTIQUA will send you an email confirming the acceptance of the returned items.

Once all the above terms and conditions have been correctly fulfilled and verified, the reimbursement procedure will be initiated promptly.

If the terms and conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal are not observed, you will not be entitled to a refund of the amounts already paid to AUTENTIQUA. In this case, you can still request at your expense that the goods are shipped back to you in the state in which they were returned. Otherwise, AUTENTIQUA may keep the goods, in addition to the sum initially paid for their purchase.
